About Q

Q Bar offers a comfortable getaway for regulars and a delightful find for newcomers. Set atop an unassuming hotel near Beijing’s bustling Sanlitun and Workers Stadium areas, it has one the city’s longest bars and a sprawling rooftop deck with table seating, private boxes, an independent bar and good views.

Proprietor George Zhou has been a mainstay on the Beijing cocktail scene since 2004, whether at Q Bar or previous venues like First Cafe, Touch and George’s. His forte has always been classic cocktails although the more adventurous will find house specialties, too. Settle into a seat at the bar, relax on one of the sofas or grab a private box with friends, then get ready for a fun night and quality cocktails.

Q Bar has served quality classic cocktails for more than a decade. Whether you seek a martini or Manhattan, a Moscow Mule or an Old Fashioned, you will find well-made drinks at Q. Try some of the house specialties, too, including intriguing concoctions made with baijiu, China’s traditional spirit. Q Bar also has a small selection of wines, beers and shots to round out the portfolio.

With a stage inside and seating options that range from six people to more than 200 outside, Q Bar offers plenty of options for events. Q has been host to bands, corporate events, birthday parties and plenty of other gatherings:

The rooftop offers ample options for event organizers, whether the party involves a half-dozen or 200 people:
